Murahi Shrine

The foundation was told as the Asuka period, a historical shrine that is described in "Engishiki Jinmyocho" which is the shrine list of the whole country in the Nara era, with Hondawake-nomikoto as a main enshrined deity.The main hall is a building in the late Muromachi period and has been designated as an important cultural property of the country. In the precincts, large cedar trees, rare creatures and plants are growing nicely, and they are designated as the city's natural monument.
