Ogurazeki

It is an intake weir made in Omoigawa river from the end of the Azuchi-Momoyama period to the beginning of Edo period, and in the middle of the Edo period it had a length of about 230 m, a width of 5 m, a height of 1.5 m and, in the early Showa period it was said that it is one of the three great weirs of the Kanto aera.The current weir was completed in 1945, it is a fixed weir for agricultural water, length of 175 m, width 11 m, height 1.7 m.
